What’s the best way to store it?
Keep it refrigerated and use within 7-10 days for clear broths and 7 days for chocolate and PSL after thawing. Frozen, it can be stored for up to 12 months.

What is a PUFA?
PUFA stands for polyunsaturated fatty acids, a type of fat found in many vegetable and seed oils (like canola, soybean, sunflower, and grapeseed). While they can serve a role in small amounts, PUFAs are highly unstable and prone to oxidation, especially when exposed to heat, light, and air — like during cooking or sun exposure. Oxidized fats can contribute to inflammation and oxidative stress in the body.

At Quantum Leap, we avoid purchasing bones from animals fed PUFA diets. We use no unstable oils in our products (like broth, skin care, and sunscreen) to protect your gut, skin, and cellular health.
