Buffalo bones are the staple in this broth. They are pastured-raised and locally sourced from Uxbridge, Ontario. The vegetables and spices used are organically grown.

The fat is kept in the broth as bone marrow is a highly nutritious food source and is not included in many of our meals. The fat can be removed before heating if desired, but I encourage you to include it in your broth.

Beef, Buffalo, and Chicken are our ‘Traditional Broths’ meaning the base ingredients are the same. They will have a similar base flavour. If our ‘Traditional Broth’ is your thing you’ll enjoy all three of these.
