Phuk is our take on a Classic Pho Broth. It’s a Duck Pho… hence Phuk. We focused our attention on sourcing high-quality ingredients that are not typically found in your favourite restaurants. I’m referring to pasture-raised duck and beef bones, organic spices, and vegetables.

The fat is kept in the broth as bone marrow is a highly nutritious food source and is not included in many of our meals. The fat can be removed before heating if desired, but I encourage you to include it in your broth.
